Power Breakfast
Skipping breakfast is as terrible a mistake as missing Unang Hirit.
According to Nutristionist Dr. Adela Jamorabo-Ruiz, people who eat a hearty breakfast carry a good attitude towards work or school. They face the daily challenges with eargerness, energy and much enthusiasm.
So if you want a good day ahead, even for those around you, make sure you fill up before you face civilization.

Milk
Bread
Cereals
“Silog” meals; tapsilog, tocilog, longsilog, hotsilog, etc.
Taho
Be Healthy and do everyone else a favor, eat breakfast so you won’t be grumpy.
