Homemade Ice Cream

Chef Tristan showed us how to make our own Mango Ice Cream. It’s quite simple, just prepare the following:

6 PCS EGG YOLKS
125 G SUGAR
500 ML MILK
½ TBSP VANILLA EXTRACT
¼ CUP CONCENTRATED MANGO
1 CUP DICED RIPE MANGO

Procedure:

- Mix the egg yolks and sugar in a bowl
- Heat Milk and Vanilla in a pot, until mixture simmers
- Pour Milk and Vanilla mixture into egg yolks and sugar while whisking
- Return mixture into pot, lessen heat, and keep stirring until mixture thickens
- Transfer into another container with Ice underneath
- Add concentrated Mango
- Stir until mixture gets cold
- Add Diced Mangoes
- Continue Stirring until it gets creamy
